Has anyone researched this pension plan? (I don't think I'm breaking any privacy rules by posting it)

http://www.hci25.com/page_1163007638187.html

I bought one for the $45 US to see what happens...

I wish I would have had you all check it out first. I am amazed at how everyone here is able to dig beneath the surface and get the true facts on these groups. It looks good to me but I don't have the resourses or experience that it seems everyone else here does. Bowrofl

Here's what I know so far. When I signed up I never got any information to log in anywhere so I emailed them and they said they would not have a site until they got their 27000 contracts. The egold account name I made my spend to is stallings.

Please let me know if I just wasted more money, and if not and you want to join, I think you can use me as a refer. PM me for username.

Thanks again,

MommyK
Cheers

RE: HCI25?
Things I note -

Lots of promotion on biggies like TG and MMG, where the referral hounds roam;
IP address is blacklisted for spam;
Not on dedicated server, 162 other domains hosted;
No SSL;
No information regarding securities or insurance registration or company's legal organization; (another project is PPPs);
Registrant Contact: Gregory Stallings-Blash is consistent with the CEO named on the site, could be true or could be fictitious;
The registered address is fake, or incomplete;
ICANN Registrar: ENOM, INC.
Created: 2006-09-26
Expires: 2009-09-26
Onsite news consistent with IP registration and site development;
Trip to NYC for first 1800 participants;
Win a Car contest for referrals, winner reported, not verified;

Info clips from site:
Quote:WHEN WE HAVE REACHED 27 000 BENEFICIARIES FOR THE FUND THERE WILL BE SOME PAPERWORK THAT HAS TO BE DONE, THIS IS REGULATED THROUGH THE PATRIOT ACT AND IS NECESSARY TO PREVENT ANY MONEY LAUNDRY ACTIVITIES. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ANY OUTGOING PAYMENTS FROM PROJECTS LIKE THIS HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS FIRST BEFORE THEY CAN BE PROCESSED. THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS YOU HAVE TO LOOK OUT FOR WHEN IT COMES TO INVESTMENTS / PROJECTS / PLANS LIKE THIS.

CHANCES ARE GREAT THAT THE INVESTMENTS / PROJECTS / PLANS WILL BE CLOSED IF THE NECESSARY PAPERWORK ISN’T DONE. THIS IS THE NUMBER ONE REASON FOR FAILURE OF DIFFERENT PROJECTS...
------------------------------------------------------------
Please also be advised that we cannot accept any beneficiaries from Switzerland, Germany or Italy.
This will be carefully looked into by us. This is because of the domicile of the banks and insurance companies. Please also note that we do not hold the license to perform these actions. It is the banks and the insurance companies that have the necessary license to go through with this, we only serve as the agents for this opportunity. The Fund/Insurance will be activated on Nov. 30th -06.....
--------------------------------------------------------
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR STARTING THE PROCESS OF PAYMENT TO E-GOLD:
1. Letter of Intent (LOI) from the principal
(That explains that the client isn´t involved in activities like moneylaundry, drugs, etc)
2. Client Information Sheet (CIS)
3. Colored passport copy of the beneficiary (PP), your signature on the copy.
4. Letter of Authorization to Verify and Authenticate.
5. Memorandum of Understanding (Non Circumvention - Non Disclosure, Working and Fee Protection Agreement) with Human Capital Insurance 25 (HCI25)

All of the documents mentioned above will be sent to you with clear description on how to fill them out. They will be sent in PDF. This will not have to be done until we have reached the necessary number of beneficiaries.
You will all get emails regarding this when the time comes.
--------------------------------------------------------------
What are the major attractions of this type of investment?

The large returns are not even comparable to any other form of investment yet the security and liquidity offered is second only the obligations of the United States government. Blink
--------------------------------------------------------
This reverse pension plan project was apparently initiated by one of HCI25’s long term clients based in the US who works in the field of real estate on the east coast. This client needs to diversify his capital earned over the past 20 years and HCI25 has put together the reverse pension plan/life insurance fund which will have total assets of $7.2B
----------------------------------------------------------

The information on the site is indeed knowledgeable, and based on my knowledge and investigation of these programs, well defines the mechanisms and caveats.
Without spending all day searching, I could NOT find one shred of evidence of a Gregory Stallings having any of the same credentials or background, though it is reported he is renowned in the field of securities and asset management on 'some' forums. I believe these reports are planted.
This is as far as I care to go with this one. If it is real, $42 is not a lot to risk for the return. I believe this is the overwhelming rationale to joining a reverse pension plan.

RE: HCI25?
I'm sorry I never properly thanked you for your DD on this. I appreciate it very much. $42 = a tank of gas, so we'll see. I'll let you know.

RE: HCI25?
No problem mommyk.
An update: I sent off an email to ask or question the credentials of Greg Stallings, requesting publications, professional organizations, etc to validate he is who he is.
No surprise, no response.

There are roughly 10 Reverse Pension Plans floating around and this appears to have the best chance of success. My belief, however, is tempered and therefore I limited myself to the minimum required.

While the admin admits to having an aversion to referrals, neverthless the application form asks for one. If you think $45 is worth a gamble and you need a referral, pm me and I'll gladly give you back half of it (50%) when it pays. And you can take that to the bank.

RE: HCI25?
In my opinion all these "retirement plans" are gambles.Average gambles only because you have to wait a long time before there is a chance to earn money and this chance is almost zero.
An interesting discussion about the GlobalPension Plan and about the "numbers" which don't add up can be found here:

RE: HCI25?
Right... the referral comms alone are hard to comprehend, but I notice all the pension plan programs have the same model for this. Crazy.
